ACT : On Tour and on the road, highlights from the journey
Over May and June, ACT went on journey like never before, taking its travelling exhibition, ACT : On Tour, directly to colleagues on its very own green double-decker bus.
ACT : On Tour is a specially curated showcase that brings to life just some of the countless stories, causes and impact of the Trust's nine-year history through objects, media, music and art. What began as an exhibition event in central London in 2025 is making its way in different forms across the Group, and the world, over 2026.
In the UK and Ireland ACT hit the road quite literally, with the exhibition aboard its own bus for a seven-week trip visiting Everywhen, Ardonagh Analytics Lab and Arachas. Beginning on England's South coast, the route worked its way up the UK to Scotland, before hopping over to Northern Ireland and then into Ireland, ending in Dublin.

As well as learning what, together, ACT and our people have achieved to date, the exhibition aims to encourage more of our people to utilise ACT's funding programmes over their time in the Group, ranging from Community Grants to match funding.
At each stop along the way, ACT got behind a cause connected to the local office, as well as matching various fundraisers teams hosted whilst the bus was making its visit. Overall, ACT donated over £13,000 to nominated causes close to colleagues' hearts.

The global tour continues
ACT : On Tour doesn't stop here! Next, ACT will be popping up in Europe, MDS Group in Portugal and Brazil, and Envest Group in Australia.
Can't wait? As part of this global voyage, the virtual version of the exhibition's launch event in London is also coming along, and which you can view now from your desktop or mobile.
The tour leads up to a highlight moment in the ACT calendar, our annual Group-wide Give Back event, which this year takes place on Thursday 5 November and marks its tenth anniversary.

How all Ardonagh colleagues can make the most of ACT year-round
ACT is here day in day out to support of Ardonagh colleagues, no matter which business you are a part of, to give back bigger and better to the causes and communities that matter most to them.
- Community grants
Colleagues can apply for up to £5,000 (or equivalent currency) of funding from ACT towards a charity with a project in need of support. - Match funding
Available at any point over the year, if colleagues are taking part in a charity fundraising event, they can get their total boosted by ACT by up to £500 (or equivalent currency). This is elevated to £750 for schools and community sports causes. - Volunteering
All Ardonagh employees have a minimum of one paid day of leave per year to donate time to a charity of choice. - Charity partnerships
We encourage our people to rally behind our global partner, international humanitarian charity, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).
