Congratulations to our 2026 ACT Award winners

2026 marked 10 years of the Spotlight Awards, the annual celebration of colleagues who have achieved successes in their roles and beyond from across The Ardonagh Group and around the world.

This year's event on 25 June returned to London, hosted in spectacular sunshine in the courtyard of Somerset House along the River Thames.

A night to remember, over 400 guests representing businesses from across the Group were in attendance for an evening to recognise colleagues who have gone above and beyond over the year gone by.

Guests were welcomed to Somerset House in style

One of the nine categories is the ACT Award, which recognises incredible individuals and teams across Ardonagh who give back to causes and communities close to their hearts – and centres on honouring those who have quietly and humbly taken action to make a difference to the people and world around them.

The award remembers Andy Coles, former Managing Director of Lutine and Employee Representative to the ACT board. As a strong advocate of ACT and charitable endeavours, including the Ride4Life charity cycle event, Andy was committed to giving back and supporting causes in need and this award recognises that philanthropic spirit in others. In this spirit, the ACT Award goes to people who never give up giving back and inspire others to follow their lead with generosity and humility – just like Andy.

This special award is judged by our ACT Trustees and 2026 proved another tough decision. With an increasing number of groups nominated, the trustees decided to gift two awards – team and individual.

The 2026 Awards had a galactic theme, to celebrate stars from across the Group

ACT Award 2026 individual winner

Kelly Webb, Ardonagh Specialty

Kelly leads the Ardonagh Specialty Charitable Committee, balancing her responsibilities as an EA & CSR Committee Lead with coordinating all charity and volunteering activity across the business.

Kelly is passionate about supporting local community causes, especially those linked to food poverty, homelessness and youth development. She has played a central role in sustaining our ongoing support for organisations such as The Whitechapel Mission, Pecan/Southwark Foodbank and The Switch.

Her leadership helps us raise money and deliver meaningful support to these partners. This also includes our work with Specialty’s charity of the year partner, Alzheimer’s Society, where her coordination ensures high engagement and continued fundraising across Price Forbes and Specialty more broadly.

ACT Award 2026 team winner

26 Mountains 2 Mayo team, Arachas

Over 2025, a group of Arachas colleagues spearheaded the businesses support for their long-term charity partner, Cancer Fund for Children, as the cause took on a major fundraising event, 26 Mountains 2 Mayo.

More than a partner, Cancer Fund for Children is part of the extended Arachas family and from the very beginning of the partnership, Arachas, together with Ardonagh, and through consistent efforts of the team, has helped raise over €5 million for this worthy charity.

The 26 Mountains 2 Mayo Challenge marked another significant milestone in that journey with team inspiring colleagues across the business to get involved with the epic challenge of walking 26 summits across Ireland and to support the cause, resulting in Arachas offices across the regions raising €150,000 as part of the overall €1.5 million total.

Applause to all our finalists

Alongside our two winners, we celebrate all of our 2026 finalists – each more than worthy of reaching the shortlist. In recognition, ACT has made a £1,000 donation to cause of chose by each finalist.

IBA Client Money team, Everywhen

Everywhen IBA Leeds are the beating heart of the 'back office' finance functions of Everywhen. In 2025 a team of 140 people supporting our clients, broking functions and members in all things finance.

The Everywhen IBA team in Leeds choose to support a local charity that adds a rainbow of hope to disadvantaged local children. Leeds Children’s Charity is dedicated to brightening children’s lives by providing unforgettable breaks and valuable learning experiences. They work with the most disadvantaged children in and around Leeds, offering them respite from difficult, and sometimes abusive homelives.

Over the year, the team all used their volunteer days, fundraised in a host of ways and led a Christmas gift drive, all to give back to the local community.

RiskSTOP Group, Everywhen

In 2025, RiskSTOP Group demonstrated what happens when a team fully embraces the spirit of ACT. Through sustained partnerships, hands-on volunteering, visible leadership and creative fundraising, the team turned purpose into practical impact across classrooms, communities and crisis zones worldwide.

Just some exampled include their partnership with Autism Unlimited – which in 2025 included pulling a 35,000kg Boeing plane to raise funds, an ACT Community grant, volunteering days, and the team's annual Summer Shindig event.

Sarah Denney-Jones, Risk and Compliance, Everywhen

Sarah is currently the Head of Compliance & Acquisitions for the MGA business and has made an incredible difference internally and externally in respect of progressing social mobility.

Heavily involved with the charity RoModels as an ambassador, Sarah secured an ACT grant to expand the charity’s role model programme to North Wales through a bilingual learning portal which Sarah would lead to help children explore education and career options to further social mobility.

Beyond her charity work, Sarah also promotes social mobility in young adults and graduates, including through a CII professional careers initiative, whose aim is to promote insurance as a careers option. Sarah worked with the Outreach team to look at working on employability skills, interview preparation and confidence building with a view that we can attract more talent into the insurance industry from marginalised groups.

Many congratulations to all our 2026 finalists once again!
