Over £30,000 to support causes nominated by colleagues in ACT’s second round of Community grants for 2022

Over £30,000 of funding has been awarded by Ardonagh Community Trust to seven community projects put forward by colleagues from across Ardonagh – ranging from defibrillators in Gibraltar, to youth internet safety, girls’ rugby sessions and a new programme of friendship sessions to support loneliness in elderly people. Healing our healthcare heroes after the pandemic

Ian Barclay, MD Geo Agriculture, nominated Intensive Care Society for an ACT Community Grant in support of his sister-in-law and Intensive Care Consultant Sarah Clarke. Lilac's Little Legs

Helping children find fun and friendship with Jump Space

We hear from former Manchester City player, Paul Lake and his wife Joanne, whose family were supported by the charity Jump Space, which provides therapy and trampolining to people with disabilities. We also hear from Ardonagh and Bravo Networks colleague, Fintan Griffin, whose brother’s experiences inspired him to apply for a £4,775 community grant from ACT to help Jump Space. Read more
