The Ardonagh Community Trust is a registered charity in England and Wales (1175060) from which The Ardonagh Group implements its targeted, community-focused charitable activities. This policy has been created to share with you how your data will be used by the Trust.

The data provided on this application form will be used by the charity Trustees to shortlist applicants and choose recipients of said prize.

Data will not be shared with any third parties and will be used solely for the purpose of decision making unless explicit consent is obtained.

The information we collect about you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside of the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Trust will retain and use your Personal Data as set out in the Terms and Conditions of our Bright Future Prize. Any other data that is submitted to the Trust via email will be kept securely and only used for the intention in which it is sent. The maximum period this will be retained for is 3 years.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
